Run in the Fall

Today a glorious 5.25 mile run at a faster than usual pace for me. (9:30/mile) The day was mostly sunny a bright - I haven't run outside since last Saturday. A few treadmill workouts this week and I was craving the wind on my face. Out and back, winding around the trail, the city streets. Good music popping up on my shuffle. I felt strong, felt like I could run all day.

I kept thinking about how many more runs like this I could have this year. Five? Six? If I'm lucky....
