I needed that!

Running is funny business. It seems like the past couple of months I've had more than my usual share of crummy runs. This week I made a quick trip to Washington, DC for a meeting - a small meeting, with big deal people. I had two great dinners with long time friends. Oh, and I had a great run. 4.5 miles - hotel, past the White House, to the Washington Monument, to the Lincoln Monument and back on a gorgeous Fall morning. Money in the running bank.
